the room was a great size. i liked the quiet location. staff were helpful and friendly too.

the shells IS quite secluded. there is nowhere to buy food within walking distance. rooms are clean. on checking in, neither our phone or fridge worked. some tiling was falling off the sink area.

The breakfast service was fantastic. The food tasted delicious. vuong, the front desk manager, along with kim, yen, and dinh, were very helpful. the team was pleasant to deal with. i would say this is a true five-star experience.

the open shower, toilet, and wardrobe area lacked some privacy. early morning light streamed through the toilet window and from behind the blinds.

the resort features a lovely pool that is nice and big, perfect for swimming and relaxation. you can easily access the city by taxi from the hotel, very convenient. the hotel even has its own private beach.
